Dr Hezron Ottey is a nurse, researcher, and author, and the founder of Telford Community Basketball CIC, an award-winning community initiative using basketball as a catalyst for confidence, well-being, and social unity. Drawing on NHS frontline experience, a PhD in Health and Welfare Studies, and a deep commitment to people and purpose, he leads a values-driven movement that strengthens mental health, nurtures potential, and creates lasting community impact through sport.
